PeriClue needs an iPhone with iOS 26 or later. An Apple Watch is recommended: it supplies the sleep, heart rate and workout data PeriClue reads. During setup, allow PeriClue to read from Apple Health. You can change this later in your iPhone's Settings, under Privacy & Security, then Health, then PeriClue.
Your first scores appear after your first night of sleep with your watch on. Baselines get more personal over the first few weeks.
Open the Health app and check that last night's sleep and heart rate are there. If they are, close PeriClue and open it again. If they aren't, check that your watch was worn overnight and that sleep tracking with Apple Watch is turned on. Still stuck? Email us and we'll look into it.
PeriClue is free to download. Full access is a subscription, billed by Apple to your Apple Account. To change or cancel your plan, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You can delete your account and all of your data inside the app: open the menu at the top of the home screen, then Account, then Delete Account. Deleting PeriClue from your phone does not delete your account, and it does not cancel your subscription. Cancel the subscription separately, as above.
PeriClue is a wellness tool and doesn't give medical advice. For anything about your health, talk to your doctor or another healthcare provider. If you are in crisis or think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
